These Terms of Service govern use of Sunopen Video Review, a private video review and TikTok draft upload workflow operated by the authorized account owner.
Service description
Sunopen Video Review renders short videos, sends previews to Telegram for manual human review, and uploads only approved videos to the authorized TikTok account inbox/draft through TikTok Content Posting API.
User responsibilities
- You must own or have permission to use all content, media, audio, text, captions, and trademarks included in videos processed by the service.
- You are responsible for reviewing each video before pressing OK in Telegram.
- You are responsible for complying with TikTok policies, applicable laws, and advertising/content rules before publishing a draft on TikTok.
- You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or abusive content.
TikTok upload behavior
The service does not direct-post videos to TikTok. The app uploads approved videos to TikTok inbox/draft only. The account owner must open TikTok and complete final editing or publishing manually.
Availability and limitations
The service is provided for internal workflow use. Processing can fail because of network issues, media format problems, third-party API changes, or platform review limitations. We may suspend or modify the service to protect security, comply with platform policies, or maintain system reliability.
