This Privacy Policy explains what data Sunopen Video Review collects and how it is used for the video review and TikTok draft upload workflow.
Data we process
- Video workflow data: source video URLs, generated video files, rendered preview files, captions, titles, audio files, processing status, and job IDs.
- Telegram review data: review IDs, approval status, Telegram callback identifiers, and timestamps needed to record whether a video was approved or skipped.
- TikTok OAuth data: OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiry timestamps, and basic account identification returned through TikTok Login Kit.
- Technical logs: server logs, API errors, upload status, and processing diagnostics needed for reliability and security.
How TikTok scopes are used
- user.info.basic is used only to identify the TikTok account that authorized the app connection.
- video.upload is used only after Telegram approval to upload the approved video to TikTok inbox/draft. The app does not publish directly to the TikTok profile.
How data is used
Data is used only to render videos, send Telegram previews, record manual approval, connect the authorized TikTok account, and upload approved videos to TikTok inbox/draft.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell personal information. We do not share TikTok account data with third parties except where required to operate the workflow, such as sending approved uploads to TikTok through TikTok's official API and sending review previews to Telegram.
Retention and deletion
Temporary rendered files and logs are kept only as needed for workflow operation, troubleshooting, and audit of approval status. The account owner may request deletion of stored workflow data or TikTok authorization tokens by contacting support.
Security
TikTok tokens are stored on a private server and are used only by the server-side workflow. Access to protected API endpoints is restricted by API authentication.
